Meet Our Founder
Bill Costanzo, Founder and CEO of Social Hour Entertainment, brings more than 20 years of experience hosting live trivia and interactive game nights throughout Southwest Florida.
Before launching his entertainment career, Bill worked as a Certified Accountant and corporate financial executive, where he developed extensive experience leading teams and building positive workplace culture. That background shaped the way he approaches entertainment today by creating experiences that encourage teamwork, conversation, and connection.
He's also a former college DJ, a self-proclaimed lousy guitar player, and an even worse comedian. Thankfully, those last two qualities seem to make the events even more enjoyable.
Above all else, Bill believes great entertainment isn't about asking questions or keeping score.
It's about bringing people together.
